Jja jang myeon which is called black bean noodle. The sauce is made from black bean and combined with onion and served with meat options, pork or chicken. The noodle is homemade topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang ( a salty black soybean paste when unheated ), diced meat and vegetable and sometime also seafood. Get your hands dirty while eating jja jang myeon!
